1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Rohini Narsan Nadarge, with registered address FLAT NO 710, H3 APARTMENT, IVY NIA, IVY ESTATE, WAGHOLI, Pune, Maharashtra, India - 412207 ("we", "us", "ResumeATS"). Reach us at support@godlogic.in or via the Contact page.

2. What we offer

The Site provides the following digital services, individually purchasable:

• Free ATS Score — an instant, no-signup compatibility score for a resume you upload.
• ATS + Suggestions (₹99) — a detailed AI-generated improvement report.
• AI Resume Rewrite (₹149) — an interactive AI editor that produces line-level rewrites of a resume.
• Create Resume (₹100) — a guided builder that produces an ATS-friendly resume from scratch.
• ATS + Premium Templates (₹200/₹400/₹600) — bundled templates with the ATS report.
• AI Mock Interview (₹199/session of 5 min, bundles of 1/3/6 sessions at ₹199/₹499/₹799) — a realtime voice interview with an AI interviewer and a written evaluation report.

Pricing displayed on the Site at the time you purchase a service is binding for that purchase. We may change pricing at any time for future purchases.

3. Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian's consent to contract) to use paid services.
• Sign-in is via Google. You authorise us to receive your Google name, email address, and avatar URL.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload a resume or content that is not yours, or that contains information about another identifiable person without their consent;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including misrepresenting yourself to employers;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, automate access to, or attempt to bypass any rate limits, paywalls, or authentication of the Site;
• upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights;
• use the Site to harass, defame, or target any individual or group;
• use the AI Mock Interview service or any AI feature to generate content for unlawful purposes, including academic dishonesty, fraud, or deception in real interviews.

5. AI services — disclaimer

The Site uses third-party large-language-model AI Models for resume analysis, rewriting, and post-session interview evaluation, and a realtime voice AI Model for the Mock Interview service. The specific AI Models used may change over time as the field evolves. AI output is generated content, may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, or biased phrasing, and is provided for your reference only. We do not guarantee that following AI suggestions will improve your interview rate, secure an interview, or get you a job. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before using it.

6. Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Card, UPI, netbanking, and wallet details are handled directly by Razorpay; we do not receive or store them.
• A purchase is complete only after Razorpay confirms a successful payment and our system verifies the signature.

7. Refunds & cancellations

See our Cancellation and Refunds Policy. In summary: paid services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. The single exception is unused AI Mock Interview time, which is auto-credited back to your balance when you end a session early — see the refunds page for details.

8. Intellectual property

• You retain ownership of your resume content and any text you author. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, analyse, transmit to the AI providers we use, and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
• AI output generated specifically for you (rewritten bullets, generated resume drafts, interview reports, downloaded PDFs/DOCX) is yours to use under standard authorship rules. You may not resell or redistribute the Site's templates, code, or branding.
• The ResumeATS name, logo, and Site design are our intellectual property.

9. Service availability

We provide the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any specific feature will remain available. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (e.g., the AI providers, Razorpay, Google), or factors outside our reasonable control may cause downtime.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost interview opportunities, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) content you submit that infringes a third party's rights, or (c) your unlawful use of the Site.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Site and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if you breach these Terms, attempt to defraud the payments system, or use the Site in a way that risks harm to us or other users. Termination does not entitle you to a refund (see §7).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site or sent to your account email. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra. Before initiating a formal dispute you agree to first contact us in good faith and attempt to resolve the issue.
