Shipping Policy

ResumeATS is a 100% digital service. Nothing is shipped physically. Every paid product is delivered to your account inside the browser the moment your payment is verified — typically within a few seconds.

1. What you receive when you pay

  • ATS + Suggestions (₹99) — the detailed improvement report unlocks on the report page, accessed via your dashboard.
  • AI Resume Rewrite (₹149) — the interactive editor unlocks on the rewrite page. The final document is generated on demand and downloaded as PDF, DOCX, or plain text directly from the browser.
  • Create Resume (₹100) — the guided builder unlocks. The final resume is generated on demand and downloaded as PDF / DOCX.
  • ATS + Premium Templates (₹200 / ₹400 / ₹600) — the templates gallery unlocks; each chosen template is generated and downloaded on demand from the browser.
  • AI Mock Interview (₹199 / 5 min, bundles of 1 / 3 / 6 sessions at ₹199 / ₹499 / ₹799) — the purchased minutes are added to your interview-time balance immediately. The session itself runs live in your browser; the evaluation report is rendered on the report page after the session ends.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is instant once Razorpay confirms a successful payment and our system verifies the payment signature. This typically happens within 5–15 seconds end-to-end. If your service hasn't unlocked within 2 minutes of payment success, contact support@godlogic.in with your Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_).

3. Where the digital files come from

All generated PDF, DOCX, and TXT files are produced on demand on our server and streamed directly to your browser as downloads. We do not host them on a third-party CDN, and we do not email them as attachments by default. You re-download them from the relevant report / editor / templates page in your account whenever you need.

4. Geographic availability

ResumeATS is available globally over the internet. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which currently supports most Indian banks, UPI apps, and major international cards. If your card or UPI app is rejected, please try a different method or contact Razorpay support.

5. No physical shipping costs

Since nothing is shipped physically, there are no shipping fees, no courier charges, and no shipping address required to use any service on the Site. The total price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

6. Failed delivery

A "failed delivery" in our context means the payment succeeded but the service didn't unlock — usually a momentary race condition between Razorpay and our system. If that happens, email us your Razorpay payment ID and we will either:

  • unlock the service manually (most common), or
  • refund that specific payment in full if the service genuinely cannot be delivered (see the Refunds Policy).
