01About the App

Quickdeal is an online marketplace that connects people looking to rent homes in India with owners, and with agents and caretakers who manage homes for owners. GODLOGIC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED operates the App.

We are not a party to any rental. The rental agreement is between the owner and the tenant. We do not own, inspect or manage listed homes unless we say so in writing, and we do not guarantee that a home, a user or a deal is as described.

02Eligibility and Your Account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You sign in with Google or with your mobile number. Keep your phone and accounts secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, act fraudulently or put others at risk.

03For Owners

• List only homes you own or are legally authorised to rent out, and upload genuine ownership documents when asked.
• Listings must be accurate: rent, deposit, maintenance, size, amenities, availability and photos must reflect the actual home.
• Do not discriminate against tenants on the basis of religion, caste, gender, disability or any other ground prohibited by law.
• Follow the visit times you publish and respond to visits, applications and messages in good time.
• You remain responsible for the rental agreement, its registration and stamp duty, police verification of tenants where required, and any taxes on rental income.

04For Tenants

• Visit a home and check it, and the owner's documents, before paying anything.
• Book visits only when you intend to attend, and cancel in the App if your plans change.
• Information in applications must be true. Owners decide whether to accept an application.
• Exact addresses are shared after a visit is confirmed. Use them only for that rental.

05For Agents and Caretakers

• Hold any registration the law requires for your work, such as RERA registration where applicable, and keep your profile details true.
• Act only within the permissions an owner gives you for each home, and stop when an assignment is revoked.
• Commission is earned only as set out in the commission terms the owner configured for that home, which are locked for each rental deal when it is created. Disputes about commission are handled through the App first.
• Do not collect money from tenants on the owner's behalf unless the owner has authorised it in writing.

06Money Between Users

Rent, deposits and other amounts are paid directly between tenants and owners. The App records the status of a rental deal (for example, that a first payment was made) but does not hold or transfer that money. Never pay anyone who asks you to move the conversation off the App before you have visited the home and checked the documents.

07Information Features

• Verified listing means our team reviewed the documents the owner provided. It is not a title search or a legal opinion.
• Verified photo means the photo was taken with the in-app camera near the listed location, shortly before it was uploaded. Location data from phones can be faked, so treat it as a helpful signal, not proof.
• Price insights (“Great price”, “Fair price”, “Above market”) compare a listing's rent with the average of similar listings on Quickdeal. They are estimates, not valuations.
• Nearby places and commute times come from Google Maps Platform and are measured from the approximate location of the home. They may be incomplete or out of date.
• Move-in offers are subject to the conditions shown with each offer, unlock only after the stated event (such as a signed agreement or confirmed move-in) and may be withdrawn for misuse.
• Agreement and police-verification assistance is help with paperwork only. We are not a government agency or a law firm. Government fees, stamp duty and registration charges are payable separately unless an offer says otherwise.
• Group buying records your interest in buying a home with other buyers so we can try to negotiate a group price. It is not a booking or an offer to sell, and no discount is guaranteed.

08What You Must Not Do

• Post fake, duplicate or misleading listings, photos or reviews, or impersonate anyone.
• Ask for advance payments, "token" money or deposits before a visit, or run any scam.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users, or send spam.
• Upload content that is unlawful, obscene or infringes someone else's rights.
• Collect other users' data, scrape the App, or try to break or bypass its security.
• Avoid commission or fees agreed through the App by taking a deal offline.

09Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you upload. You give GODLOGIC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and show that content in the App and in promotion of the listing while it is on the platform. You confirm you have the right to upload it. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

10Notifications and Messages

By using the App you agree to receive in-app and push notifications about your activity. WhatsApp and SMS updates are sent only if you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time in Profile → Notifications. Messages between users may be reviewed by our team when a user reports them or when needed to prevent fraud.

11Disclaimers and Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties about listings, users, or the availability of the App.

To the extent the law allows, GODLOGIC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for losses arising from dealings between users, including disputes about rent, deposits, the condition of a home or commission, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be limited.

12Ending Your Use

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Completed deal and payment records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

13Changes to the App and These Terms

We may change, suspend or stop features of the App. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we update the date above and the App asks you to accept the new version before you continue.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to approach the consumer commission where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

15Contact and Grievances

Questions, complaints or reports of a listing or user: contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
